COMPANY NAMES

APPLICATION FOR A NEW COMPANY NAME BY ELECTRONIC MEANS.

The procedure for the application for a company name by electronic means, through the website of the Central Mercantile Register, and the following delivery of the certificate, will be as follows:

A - REGISTERED POSTAL DELIVERY. When applying for the name, the payment may be made bycredit card- . It will include the legal fee for the certification, plus delivery charges. (Fee + 3,65 € + VAT).

B - ORDINARY MESSENGER DELIVERY. (ONLY PENINSULA. CANARY AND BALEARIC ISLANDS NOT INCLUDED). When applying for the name, the payment may be madeby credit card. It will include the legal fee for the certification, plus delivery charges. (Fee + 6,38 € + VAT).

C - PERSONAL COLLECTION FROM OUR OFFICE. When applying for the name, the payment may be madeby credit card.
To pick up the certification from our office, it is necessary to bring:

The number of application which was notified by this Registry to the applicant by e-mail.
If no number of application is brought, it will be necessary to indicate thereference number (C-xxxxxx) assigned to the applicant by this Registry.

The certification of name will only be given to the beneficiary of the company name or the applicant requesting the certification, previously accredited by supporting documents (D.N.I., passport or similar).

D- MESSENGER DELIVERY; PAYMENT ON RECEIPT.The application will be sent via our web page and the certification will be delivered by messenger with payment on receipt of the fee for the certification plus delivery charges.

E- TELEMATIC CONVEYANCE OF A CERTIFICATE SIGNED ELECTRONICALLY. The R.M.C, when the customer applied for it expressly, will issue the certificates signed electronically by the Register and so, the socalled certificates can be obteined and verified through the Web of the R.M.C.

NOTICE

If the Certification has expired (more than six months old) and you wish to formalise a new application for identical Certification, you can facilitate its processing by attaching the expired one and the Reference Number of the new application to denominaciones@rmc.es.

If your Certificate is for the Transfer of Domicile of a Foreign Company, you must be the applicant with your full name. In order to facilitate the processing of the application, please send the Reference Number (C-9999999) to denominaciones@rmc.es.
