According to the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 of 13 December, the user and the data subject is informed and unequivocal consent to the inclusion of their data to the file and registry files carried, based on the above, for the purposes of the service offered, as well as for sending communications related to the previously requested.

Meanwhile, the Central Mercantile Registry is committed to fulfilling its obligation of confidentiality of personal data and its duty to keep confidential.

As is consistent with the specific legislation of the Registry, the privacy policy of the Central Mercantile Registry, recognizes stakeholders access rights, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided in the Act may exercise them cited by writing to the Central Mercantile Registry, located at Calle Principe de Vergara, 94, with zip code 28006, Madrid.

The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the information provided. The Central Mercantile Registry may exclude services provided to users who provide false information, without prejudice to other actions stipulated by law.

The Central Mercantile Registry reserves the right to modify this Policy to adapt to new legislation or case law. In such cases the Central Mercantile Registry included in this document changes with reasonable notice before its implementation.
