According to the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 of 13 December, the user and the data subject is informed and unequivocal consent to the inclusion of their data to the file and registry files carried, based on the above, for the purposes of the service offered, as well as for sending communications related to the previously requested.
Meanwhile, the Central Mercantile Registry is committed to fulfilling its obligation of confidentiality of personal data and its duty to keep confidential.
The Central Mercantile Registry has adopted the security levels of protection for personal data legally required, and has installed all means and technical and organizational measures in their power to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft data, which ensures secrecy and confidentiality.
User acceptance for their data can be treated as indicated, is a necessary condition for the provision of these services, so that the use of same implies such acceptance, which is always revocable, without retroactive effect, as required by Articles 6 and 11 of the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 of 13 December. The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the information provided. The Central Mercantile Registry may exclude services provided to users who provide false information, without prejudice to other actions stipulated by law.
The Central Mercantile Registry reserves the right to modify this Policy to adapt to new legislation or case law. In such cases the Central Mercantile Registry included in this document changes with reasonable notice before its implementation.
