The Official fees to be charged for this service are 9.02 Euros plus the VAT, for each proprietor searched for, regardless of the number of resultant properties or if the search has been negative -if the person searched for has no properties recorded in his name.- (Resolution of the Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública dated 13th January 1998).
The procedure to access the General Record of Properties is the following:
1º.- You must fill in the data requested for in the attached application, which may refer to a search for as many people as you wish.
2º.- In an estimated time of about 2 or 3 hours you will receive the information by e-mail, if your application has entered this Registry before 15:00 p.m. Applications received later will be dispatched the following day at the beginning of the morning.
3º.- The Official fees to be charged for each proprietor searched for, -being the result either positive or negative- are 9.02 Euros plus the VAT, and will be charged to the bank account that appears in the signed agreement. At the end of the month you will be sent all the invoices with the amount payable in accordance with the consultations effected during the invoiced month. Users without a signed Agreement may also search for this information, that will be paid by credit card.
